  • Provide administrative support to PM, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in translating and interpreting from Chinese to Vietnamese and vice versa for documents, meetings, and discussions related to operational activities.
  • Prepare and coordinate documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist in communication-related tasks, such as drafting letters, taking notes, and preparing important documents.
  • Monitor and track requests and tasks from PM, deliver on time and high-quality completion.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination within the company and with external parties.


  • Have 1 year of experience as a Technical Project Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages, with translation and interpretation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the Water Treatment Project or environment investment companies is a plus.

WORKING LOCATION: District 1 from Monday to Friday
