RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source prospective Clients in many Industries: researching, analyzing their business, their current and future recruitment needs
• Consultant client to have the best solution for each job requirement for searching the right candidates.
• Build very strong relationships within the customer and become a trusted advisor
• Prepare quotations, deal contact and handle necessary paperwork to sign contract.
• Arrange meeting, manage the interview process for Clients
• Design marketing materials that boost sales and build brand recognition.
• Escalate clients’ issues that need broader help
• Manage database and update related information in report

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 years of experience in the Recruitment/ Sales/ Business development or B2B Client Management
• Customer Service minded
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Content and SEO skills is plus
• Good in English
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power point, Email, Zoom, Google Meet
