Their Vietnam branch is a key part of our global operations, and we are looking for a talented Deputy Director of Production to join the company

Job Summary:

The Deputy Director of Production will assist the Director of Production in overseeing all aspects of the production process. This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in manufacturing operations, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Working location: Binh Phuoc province

Responsibilities:

  • Production Management: Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing of products. Implement production schedules and manage resources effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications. Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain high standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the production team. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Promote a safe working environment and implement safety protocols. Oversee factory personnel, enforce 5S standards, and handle disciplinary matters.
  • Cost Management: Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures. Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present production reports to senior management. Provide insights and recommendations based on production data.
  • Conduct assessments, training, and skill enhancement programs for production staff to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of experience in factory management within manufacturing companies, with strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills to manage production teams effectively.
  • Over 1 year of experience in managing production workers and teams.
  • Proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, and reading).
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Dynamic, diligent, and able to handle work pressure effectively.
  • Preferred: College degree or higher.
  • Gender: Male/Female
