We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.
Job Summary:
The Finance Manager will lead the finance/accounting team to support the management team with accurate and timely financial data. He/She is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company and manage financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, forecasting, financial reporting and compliance.
The main focus of this role is to oversee the entire financial function of the entity and ensure compliance with local reporting regulations. Incumbent works closely with the General Manager and key stakeholders to achieve objectives/goals set for the site.

Location: Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and implement long-term financial strategies and goals for the company.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Identify financial trends and provide advice on how to adapt to market changes. Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Support the management team and relevant stakeholders with accurate and timely financial information to aid in decision-making.
- Maintain integrity of accounting records and transactions according to country-specific statutory requirements and corporate policies.
Cash Flow Management:
- Oversee cash flow to ensure the company has enough liquidity to meet operational needs.
- Oversee the preparation and monitoring of budgets. Identify variances and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage working capital, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly rolling forecast, analyze data and highlight variances.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. Manage internal controls and conduct risk assessments.
- Handle local tax, foreign exchange, statutory audits, and business regulators and ensure compliance with country-specific laws and regulations.
- Set up and implement financial processes using SAP.
- Standardize financial processes to increase efficiency.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the finance team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Ensure the team meets deadlines and produces accurate financial data.
Cost Control:
- Monitor and control costs to improve profitability and reduce unnecessary expenses. Implement cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.
- Monitor financial performance against budget and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Analyze overall operation performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or professional certification like CA (Chartered Accountant), or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) can be beneficial.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably with at least 5 years in the manufacturing industry.
Key Skills:
- Attention to Detail: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, identifying trends, and decision-making based on data. Ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to manage a team and collaborate with other departments.
- Knowledge of Financial Regulation: Strong knowledge of Vietnam’s costing framework, tax laws, financial regulations, and international accounting standards.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to present financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin (HSK 4) and English (Speaking and Writing)
- Software Skills: Hands-on experience in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or similar computerized accounting software.
