Invest Talent JSC is assisting our client, an FDI new set-up company specializing in management consulting & project management, in hiring Human Resource Manager in Vietnam.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Collaborate with departments to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions (JDs).
- Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing, interviewing, to negotiating and finalizing employment contracts.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, helping them quickly adapt to the work environment.
HR Records Management
- Manage and update the HR records system, including personal information, employment contracts, and related documents.
- Ensure employee information is kept confidential and complies with legal regulations on HR management.
Compensation and Benefits Management
- Assist in payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs.
- Advise and resolve issues related to employee policies and benefits.
Human Resource Development
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs and skill development initiatives for employees
- Support performance evaluation processes and provide suggestions for employee improvement and development.
Support Strategic Planning
- Assist the Business Plan Manager in developing and refining HR strategic initiatives, ensuring that plans are based on sound data and analysis.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the execution of the HR strategic plan. Work with the Business Plan Manager to implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Enterprise Management System Support
- Assist in the optimization and utilization of the proprietary enterprise management system to ensure it is effectively supporting recruiting operations.
Risk Assessment
- Support the identification and assessment of risks associated with business plan execution. Work with the Business Plan Manager to develop mitigation strategies.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in in Human Resources Management, Economics, Law, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably with experience in start-ups or small companies
- Knowledge of modern HR management tools and software (HRM)
- Familiarity with enterprise management systems and their application in business operations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a variety of audiences
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Working type: Remote until January 2025
Working time: Monday – Friday (7:00 am – 4:00 pm)
