Key Account Manager (Modern Trade)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take care of and monitor cosmetic industry customers assigned such as Guardian, Watsons, Sociolla, and Hasaki… in order to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery to customers, monitor customer payments, and promote debt collection.
- Develop customer care policies and maintain relationships with customers.
- Monitor price fluctuations and participate in market surveys, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Seek and develop relationships with potential customers to expand the market (if applicable).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the department head (if applicable).
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in related fields such as Economics/Marketing.
- English or Chinese language proficiency (all 4 skills).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably candidates with experience in the Cosmetics industry.
- Sales-oriented mindset and passion for selling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn and improve.
