Invest Talent JSC is supporting our client which is a start-up business of mobile power bank rental services, dedicated to ensuring that our customers stay powered up on the go. They offer convenient and reliable power bank rental solutions at various locations, including airports, shopping malls, and public transportation hubs.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer success.

Report to: CEO or COO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing strategic business development plans.
  • Building & training team to expand the company partners and achieve the company’s target
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand our services within existing accounts and develop strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, preferably in the technology, service, rental service industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes:
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to client management.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.

Working hours: Mon – Fri (9AM – 6PM)

Location: Bitexco, District 1, Ho Chi Minh city
