  • Take care of and monitor cosmetic industry customers assigned such as Guardian, Watsons, Sociolla, and Hasaki… in order to achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery to customers, monitor customer payments, and promote debt collection.
  • Develop customer care policies and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Monitor price fluctuations and participate in market surveys, market research, and competitor analysis.
  • Seek and develop relationships with potential customers to expand the market (if applicable).
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the department head (if applicable).


  • University degree in related fields such as Economics/Marketing.
  • English or Chinese language proficiency (all 4 skills).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably candidates with experience in the Cosmetics industry.
  • Sales-oriented mindset and passion for selling.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Proactive and eager to learn and improve.
