Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to surpass electronic component sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends for increased Vietnam market share
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
- Lead negotiations and pricing strategies for profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitors, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
- Provide timely sales forecasts and market insights to senior management.
- Actively participate in industry events to enhance the company’s presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field;
- Good in English, Strong negotiation, communication skills.
- Have 5 years of working as B2B Sales/BD Manager in electronic component business.
- Solid understanding of electronic components, applications, and market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
