  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to surpass electronic component sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends for increased Vietnam market share
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
  • Lead negotiations and pricing strategies for profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitors, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
  • Provide timely sales forecasts and market insights to senior management.
  • Actively participate in industry events to enhance the company’s presence.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Good in English, Strong negotiation, communication skills.
  • Have 5 years of working as B2B Sales/BD Manager in electronic component business.
  • Solid understanding of electronic components, applications, and market dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
