Invest Talent is assisting a leading company in Vietnam in the field of flooring materials and home decoration in recruiting
- A Project Sales Manager and A Project Sales Specialist base in HCM_Onsite
- A Project Sales Specialist base in Hanoi_Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales activities for high-end projects, including luxury resorts, high-end apartments, villas, and other premium developments in North Vietnam.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify project opportunities and lead bidding efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, architects, and contractors, and leverage customer insights to ensure project success.
- Continuously monitor and analyze consumer trends and market conditions to accurately forecast sales by product line and item codes for upcoming months and quarters.
- Develop and update training materials and presentations on the company’s products to support the sales team.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and project updates to the Project Sales Director.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide tailored solutions for each project.
- Work closely with the Finance Department to monitor customer payments, expedite debt recovery, and track payment progress.
- Partner with the Marketing Department to support all branding and product advertising activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineer, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development for projects
- Deep understanding of the construction materials industry with the ability to quickly adapt and learn.
- Strong network with Real Estate Developer/Investment/architects/home decor
- Good communication, negotiation with C-Level and persuasion skills

- Salary during probation period: 85% Gross salary in 2 months

- Laptop: Employee use personal computers for work.
- 13th, 14th month salary: Depending on the result of sales performance
- Working time: Monday to Friday – (8am-5pm), Saturday: WFH (8am – 12pm)
