Job Descriptions

  • Identifying and qualifying new sales leads through research and referrals.
  • Engaging potential clients via telephone and email to introduce the company’s services.
  • Scheduling follow-up communications to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Preparing pre-meeting materials for the sales team and confirming meeting details with prospects.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to closing.
  • Self-reporting on work progress and quotas to their direct supervisor or in-charge on a weekly and monthly basis.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B/B2C environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Experience with handling accounting sales within the accounting sector
  • Understanding the Corporate Service Provider industry in Singapore is a plus
  • Experience with working for SAAS or accounting software companies is a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand new products and services
  • Competency in Microsoft app/locations including Word, Excel, and Outlook
