Sales Development Representative

Job Descriptions
- Identifying and qualifying new sales leads through research and referrals.
- Engaging potential clients via telephone and email to introduce the company’s services.
- Scheduling follow-up communications to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Preparing pre-meeting materials for the sales team and confirming meeting details with prospects.
- Collaborating with Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to closing.
- Self-reporting on work progress and quotas to their direct supervisor or in-charge on a weekly and monthly basis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 year experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B/B2C environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience with handling accounting sales within the accounting sector
- Understanding the Corporate Service Provider industry in Singapore is a plus
- Experience with working for SAAS or accounting software companies is a plus
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new products and services
- Competency in Microsoft app/locations including Word, Excel, and Outlook
