Invest Talent is supporting a company leading company in Vietnam in the field of flooring materials and home decoration to hiringĀ  Sales Manager (Distributor) in Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh with the following information:

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to propose effective sales strategies.

2. Manage Sales Team:

  • Recruit, train, and develop the sales team.
  • Evaluate the performance of sales staff and propose improvement measures.

3. Maintain Relationships with Partners and Customers:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality services.

4. Oversee Daily Sales Operations:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily sales activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Report monthly, quarterly, and annual sales results to the Board of Directors.
  • Analyze sales data to make strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in retail or distribution sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position.

    – Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, CRM).

Benefits:

  • Health insurance, social insurance: based basic-salary, annual leave (12 annual leave days, and women are entitled to 1 leave day per month (non-cumulative))
  • Salary during probation period: 85% Gross salary
  • Probation period: 2 months
  • 13th, 14th month salary: Depending on the result of sales performance
