Invest Talent is supporting a client leading HR Outsourcing (payroll, production outsourcing) seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and drive their sales efforts. This role involves developing strategies to increase revenue, managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1/ Sales Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Set sales targets, forecast revenue, and create action plans to meet goals.

2/ Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

3/ Market Research & Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Use insights to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.

4/ Sales Operations & Reporting:

  • Oversee daily sales operations and ensure timely reporting of results.
  • Track key performance metrics and present regular sales reports to senior management.

5/ Team Management & Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a sales team to achieve high performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing coaching and feedback.

6/ Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other teams.
  • Ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall company goals.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales of HR OUTSOURCING (Prefer having experience in PRODUCTION OUTSOURCING).
  • Proficient in English
  • This position may require travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, connection and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making.
