Our client is a mechanical & module manufacturing company, primarily serving the semiconductor industry with locations in China, Malaysia & S’pore that is recruiting a Sales and Marketing Engineer to Lead the company to penetrate the Vietnamese semiconductor market.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed market analysis to uncover opportunities and trends in the Vietnam semiconductor industry.
• Create a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy tailored to meet the specific needs of the target market.
• Lead and organize a small sales team to successfully penetrate and serve the semiconductor market.
• Work closely with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Foster long-term relationships to guarantee repeat business and customer loyalty.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
• Have 3-5 years of experience in the Semiconductor industry
• Proficient in English.
• Strong mechanical and electronics engineering background.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Highly motivated and results-driven.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
