What you will do
- Responsible for lead generation & acquisition of high-value sellers to join and start selling on Olmo Wellness.
- Identify new avenues for seller acquisition to grow the platform
- Ideate, execute, & track new initiatives to acquire new sellers for Olmo Wellness
- Manage various stakeholders, both internal and external, and act as a liaison for new sellers
- Consistently meet target KPIs, generate and analyze data, create presentations and updates
- Responsible for managing relationships with sellers after acquisition including supporting the onboarding process for these sellers
- Provide market insights from the seller perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
- At least 1 to 3 years of sales/business development/leads generation experience
- Data-savvy; able to present & explain insights to stakeholders
- Strong problem solving, presentation & communication skills
- Resourceful, adaptable, and teachable
- Driven, resourceful and independent
- Experience in acquiring merchants is an advantage
