Responsibilities:
- Identify and explore potential customers in the areas of Staffing, Project Outsourcing, and Company Products across diverse markets, including Europe, Asia, and Southeast Asia, such as Singapore, Thailand, Japan, USA, Germany, Australia, South Korea, etc.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing customers to stimulate sales growth.
- Offer consultation and introduce the company’s products and services to clients through a variety of approaches, including preparing and sending product portfolios, conducting telesales, arranging face-to-face meetings, attentively listening to customer needs, coordinating internal communications, preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and more.
- Plan and execute events and seminars to promote the business’s products and services.
- Participate in welcoming and introducing the company to clients visiting the company and exploring the Vietnamese market.
- For Technical Sales (IT knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory), actively engage in resource analysis, propose preliminary solutions, and provide quotations in response to customer requirements.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned that align with the nature of the job
Responsibilities:
- Acquire a solid understanding of basic IT terminology essential for sales activities.
- Possess at least 1 year of sales experience in one of the following areas: Staffing, Project Outsourcing, or Company Product (additional training will be provided) within Information Technology companies.
- Proficient in office computing.
- Build a strong network, demonstrate agility, and display enthusiasm in interactions.
- Apply sales-oriented thinking in approaching clients and prospects.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
