Responsibility

• Responsible for full cycle of IT recruitment process (from sourcing & screening, interview & assessment, organize interviews …)
• Densifying client requirement, find out about their business, their culture and develop a loyal business relationship with them
• Communicate & consult  potential  candidates  about  the  suitable  vacancies
• Providing advice to both clients and candidates on salary, training and career progression
• Following up with clients and candidates until the deal is close
• Build a business network with IT company and IT talents
• Input data for recruitment system and weekly report

Requirements

• At least 1 year of working experience in any fields, open junior to senior
• Passion to become Recruitment Consultant in IT industry
• Good at Internet search skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Hard-working and willing to learn
• High sense of service, and responsibility, having a positive & can-do attitude, and focusing on solutions & results
