Invest Talent JSC is supporting our client which is specialized in manufacturing gasoline, diesel, natural gas powered gensets, marine generating sets, lighting towers and generating sets hardware in hiring Vietnam Finance Manager for their business.

Job Summary:
The Vietnam Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of the power generation business in Vietnam. This role involves financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in supporting business growth, optimizing financial performance, and managing risks.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
• Develop and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights for business growth and process improvements.
Accounting and Reporting:
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with global accounting standards and internal policies.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Cash Flow and Treasury Management:
• Optimize cash flow and liquidity to ensure adequate funding for projects and operations.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Oversee treasury operations, including cash management and investment activities.
Risk Management and Compliance:
• Implement internal controls and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Conduct internal audits and address any issues identified.
Project Finance:
• Support project financing activities, including debt and equity funding.
• Collaborate with legal and project teams on financial structuring and agreements.
• Monitor financial performance of projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Ensure continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Strong understanding of the power generation industry in Vietnam.
• Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
