Invest Talent JSC is hiring a Human Resource Manager for our client, a new FDI Start-Up Business specialized in mobile power bank rental service. 

We are looking for a dedicated HRM who is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to support the business goals of the company.. This position requires expertise in recruitment, training, compensation policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, with a particular focus on managing the Market Development/Sales team to drive market expansion.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Training

  • Plan and manage the full recruitment process for all departments, especially the Market Development/Sales and technical teams.
  • Develop training programs for new hires and continuous training programs, particularly focusing on sales, negotiation, and customer service skills for the Sales team.
  • Ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to efficiently operate the mobile power bank rental service, including technology knowledge and customer care.

Managing the Market Development/Sales Team:

  • Establish professional recruitment and training processes for the Sales team, ensuring strong negotiation skills and the ability to sign contracts with business partners such as coffee shops, hotels, and shopping malls.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Sales team based on KPIs such as the number of locations signed, sales revenue, and partner satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage competitive compensation and commission policies for the Sales team to encourage high performance and market competitiveness.

Develop and Manage HR Policies:

  • Design and implement HR policies, including compensation, benefits, career advancement, and employee retention strategies.
  • Build a performance evaluation system (KPIs) for all departments, ensuring that employees meet set targets.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and relevant regulations, and handle labor disputes fairly.

Building a Positive Work Culture:

  • Foster a customer-focused corporate culture, promoting employee engagement across multiple locations, including remote teams.
  • Organize team-building activities and create a positive, effective work environment.
  • Ensure that the Sales team, which experiences high turnover, is well-supported by other departments to achieve business goals.

Requirement:

  • At least 2 years of HR management experience with strong experience in recruiting, developing and managing Sales and Market Development teams, particularly in service, real estate, technology sectors, or industries with a dispersed workforce and remote operations.
  • English: Communication

  • Strong leadership skills, capable of working independently and managing remote teams effectively.
  • Expertise in recruitment, training, and developing competitive compensation policies.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, fostering a harmonious and engaged work environment.
  • Solid understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and relevant legal requirements.

Salary Package & Benefits: 

  • Package: 30,000,000 – 40,000,000 VND Gross

Yêu cầu công việc:

Sales Manager (Stainless Steel, Aluminium) – Chinese Speaking

Invest Talent JSC is on the hiring process for the Chinese Speaking Sales Manager (Steel, Aluminium) in Vietnam market

  • Oversee the sales of company product (stainless steel, aluminium etc), following the guidance of superiors.
  • Engage in the investment activities for the manufacturing plant project in Vietnam.
  • Manage documentation and certifications for the plant’s establishment and joint ventures.
  • Collaborate and negotiate with partners from both domestic and Chinese markets.
  • Perform market research on aluminum markets locally and for export.
  • Identify suppliers and manage the procurement of materials for production.
  • Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones.
  • Investigate and report on tax and import/export data for the products.
  • Translate documents from Chinese.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
  • Report in English to the Korean General Director and/or the Vietnamese Deputy Director.

 Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Chinese in terms of working with partners in China
  • English: Good communication skills.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in metal industry (steel, aluminium is preferable) 
  • Ability to find new suppliers and customers.
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally (mainly to China and Southeast Asian countries).

Distribution Channel Development:

  • Assist in establishing and expanding the distribution network, including dealers, retail stores, and showrooms.

Human Resource Manager

Invest Talent JSC is assisting our client, an FDI new set-up company specializing in management consulting & project management, in hiring Human Resource Manager in Vietnam.

Responsibilities: 

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Collaborate with departments to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions (JDs).
  • Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing, interviewing, to negotiating and finalizing employment contracts.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, helping them quickly adapt to the work environment.

HR Records Management

  • Manage and update the HR records system, including personal information, employment contracts, and related documents.
  • Ensure employee information is kept confidential and complies with legal regulations on HR management.

  • Support the identification and assessment of risks associated with business plan execution. Work with the Business Plan Manager to develop mitigation strategies.

Requirement: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in in Human Resources Management, Economics, Law, or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably with experience in start-ups or small companies
  • Knowledge of modern HR management tools and software (HRM)
  • Familiarity with enterprise management systems and their application in business operations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales activities for high-end projects, including luxury resorts, high-end apartments, villas, and other premium developments in North Vietnam.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify project opportunities and lead bidding efforts.
