Invest Talent is supporting a company leading company in Vietnam in the field of flooring materials and home decoration to hiring a Sales Manager (Distributor) in Da Nang with the following information:

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to propose effective sales strategies.

2. Manage Sales Team:

  • Recruit, train, and develop the sales team.
  • Evaluate the performance of sales staff and propose improvement measures.

3. Maintain Relationships with Partners and Customers:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality services.

4. Oversee Daily Sales Operations:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily sales activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Report monthly, quarterly, and annual sales results to the Board of Directors.
  • Analyze sales data to make strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in retail or distribution sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position.

Senior Fullstack Engineer (React, NodeJS)

As a Software Engineer at Our Client, you’ll have the opportunity to work with clients who are giant tech corporations all over the world (English-based projects).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyzing requirements;
  • Creating and implementing architectures and technical designs;
  • Performing testing activities, based on the requirements and the technical design;
  • Integrating different software modules;

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must have

  • +4 year’ of experience working with React & NodeJS;
  • Have strong experience working with JavaScript and Typescript.
  • Have a strong understanding of data structures and experience with NoSQL databases
  •  (MongoDB or equivalent).
  • Have demonstrable experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests.
  • Have experience working with setup and deployment of Cloud Services (mainly AWS), CI/CD, and shell scripting.

Nice to have

  • Have understanding and experience of working in teams practicing Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Have an appreciation for clean and well-documented code.
  • Experience working with European or US customers is an advantage.

Technical Leader

Our Client is a Global Technology Solutions

We are looking for an experienced Technical Leader (NodeJS, MongoDB) in Ho Chi Minh/Danang to develop high-quality software.

You will be responsible for overseeing the technical development process, task coordination, creating and reviewing technical solutions, implementing, and reviewing source code.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the customer, business developer, and project managers to determine functional and non-functional requirements, create solution proposals and work breakdown structures for new software projects.
  • Collaborate with software architect and team members to create software architecture designs from system level to component/module level.
  • Collaborate with software architect to define technical aspects of the software development process, from technologies selection, and workflow, to coding standards.
  • Lead a development team (5+ people) with a result-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
  • Oversee the code quality of the team and organize design/code reviews.
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers.
  • Participate in the new member recruitment process.
  • Provide insights to and collaborate closely with the Delivery Manager and Project Manager to create a happy and innovative team.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience working on software development projects & 1+ years of experience in technical leader/software architect position.
  • Solid experience working with NodeJS;
  • Experience working with React/AngularJS is a big plus;
  • Knowledge of software architecture design, UML, and/or other modeling methods;
  • Experience in cloud solution development with AWS or Azure;
  • Understanding of software quality assurance principles;
  • Good leadership, communication, and presentation skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or related field.
