A leading company in Vietnam in the field of flooring materials and home decoration is hiring Head of Sales and Marketing to Drive growth by developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, optimizing distribution channels, and enhancing brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth.
- Manage distribution channels, including wholesalers, retailers, and e-commerce.
- Build and implement effective operating procedures for all distribution channels.
- Monitor sales targets and performance.
Marketing and Brand Development:
- Lead marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Oversee campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Align product development with market demand.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Set performance expectations and provide coaching.
Market Expansion and Pricing Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to adjust product pricing, ensuring competitiveness and optimizing profitability.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Strengthen relationships with key accounts and distribution partners.
- Use customer feedback to improve products and services.
Budget Management:
- Manage (P&L) the sales and marketing budget effectively.
- Report on sales performance and marketing plan.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
- 8-10 years in sales and marketing, preferably in home decor or consumer goods, with leadership experience.
- Proven experience in managing, building, and developing a nationwide sales team
- Have experience in the construction materials, interior, or wood flooring industries is a plus
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, especially when working with strategic partners and major customers.
Other: Adaptability in a startup environment; fluency in English is a plus.
