Invest Talent is supporting a company leading company in Vietnam in the field of flooring materials and home decoration to hiring a Sales Manager (Distributor) in Da Nang with the following information:
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to propose effective sales strategies.
2. Manage Sales Team:
- Recruit, train, and develop the sales team.
- Evaluate the performance of sales staff and propose improvement measures.
3. Maintain Relationships with Partners and Customers:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality services.
4. Oversee Daily Sales Operations:
- Supervise and coordinate daily sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Report monthly, quarterly, and annual sales results to the Board of Directors.
- Analyze sales data to make strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in retail or distribution sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position.
