Job Purpose
To oversee potentials, brands movement, develop connection and expand business with brands
in Vietnam and other Asian countries in future

  • To collect market information, business migration, brands movement, etc. and be able to
    provide the market in term of insights or anything related to brands movement and brands
  • To assist and help to implement team KPIs either meet or exceed the KPIs target as part of
    the GA team.
  • To oversee and identify brands opportunities in the territory or wider markets and work
    with markets to explore those opportunities.
  • Provide support to market when needed as well as ensure that market aligned with GA
    brands strategy and policy.
  • To develop good level of relationship with brands to ensure our strong positions and
    brands satisfaction.


  • University degree
  • Have 5 years brands experience in Footwear Industry
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Positive and ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Can work independently.
  • Good analytical & problem solving skill.

Purchasing Manager (Apparel & Footwear)

Our Client is a prominent EU Footwear Manufacturer based in Vietnam.

  • The aim of this position is to provide continuous operational support to the Factory and SC in execution of our operations in Vietnam and other countries.
  • Procurement Manager/Purchasing Manager will be a part of the Global Purchasing team specialising in sourcing of materials and services, responsible for securing supply for our Vietnam operations.
  • This role reports to the Global Procurement Director-EU
  • Location: Dong Nai
  • Salary: 2000- 2500 USD Gross (Nego)


  • Execution of sourcing operations, securing supply for manufacturing operations in Vietnam.
  • Market screening for service providers and suppliers required for operation of the site.
  • Supplier performance management, quality management, supplier onboarding and compliance review, response to audits and change management.
  • Selection of service providers required for manufacturing and preparation of contracting phase, production, and verification of documents.
  • Regular contact with suppliers, inspection and evaluation of suppliers and service providers.
  • Data collection, analysis and production of documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Demand planning and coordination with logistics and warehousing.
  • Manage delivery reliability for oversea shipments, sea freight and air freight.
  • Lead Import activities, customs clearance process in Vietnam, local transport.
  • Receipt of goods and machines in accordance with the established procedure.
  • Market screening for goods and services and further validation and negotiations.
  • Regular updates and reporting on purchasing activities.
  • Benchmarking of offered goods, products and services.
  • Any other Business – mainly project related activities.


  • At least 5 years’ experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, import -export operations, finance, accounting, including the development of buying strategies, or equivalent.
  • A good knowledge of Footwear or finishing processes and experience in the footwear highly valued.
  • Good English skills allowing written communication – emails, documents.
  • Very good computer skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-starter, hands-on and can do attitude, problem solver.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, serving with a sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • A good negotiation skills.

Sales Manager (Chemical Industry)

Trách Nhiệm:

  • Tìm kiếm và phát triển quan hệ với các khách hàng và đối tác tiềm năng.
  • Thiết lập hệ thống khách hàng chiến lược, khách hàng tiềm năng và chăm sóc khách hàng hiện có.
  • Khai thác nhu cầu của khách hàng để tư vấn sản phẩm phù hợp đáp ứng yêu cầu của khách hàng.
  • Chuẩn bị hồ sơ báo giá, đàm phán hợp đồng theo quy trình công ty.
  • Quản lý và điều hành, giám sát công việc của nhân viên thuộc phòng kinh doanh. (3-4 thành viên).
  • Tiếp nhận khiếu nại, thắc mắc từ khách hàng và giải quyết các khiếu nại (nếu có)
  • Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác để hỗ trợ khách hàng một cách tốt nhất.
  • Nghiên cứu thị trường, đề xuất các giải pháp nhằm duy trì và thúc đẩy hoạt động kinh doanh
  • Báo cáo cho Giám Đốc.

Yêu Cầu:

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Hóa học hoặc liên quan.
  • Trên 5 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển kinh doanh, bán hàng trong lĩnh vực Hóa chất, kỹ thuật,…
  • Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý.
  • Ưu tiên giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt.
  • Kỹ năng: giao tiếp, quản lý nhóm, thuyết trình, đàm phán, thương lượng.
  • Sẵn sàng đi công tác.

Our client is a 100% Foreign-invested Manufacturing Company in Vietnam, is currently seeking a highly qualified R&D Director to lead their research and development product department: main Product is Engineering Plastic Compounds.


  • Manage and provide timely solutions for R&D projects on new and improved products
  • Update the output standards of quality, product norms, and production processes for the company’s products and services
  • Follow-up on the sample product development process
  • Work collaboratively with other departments and the parent company to achieve research goals
  • Utilize R&D software and tools for product design and development
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing R&D team
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in plastics manufacturing


  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Chemical or Polymer
  • At least 10 years of experience in the same position with compound products in the plastic industry
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify and provide solutions to technical issues
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes.
