Job Summary:

Invest Talent JSC’s Client in the Logistics field is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to oversee and manage the company’s financial health. The Finance Manager will work closely with the management to drive business growth, optimize financial performance, and support key decisions.

Responsibilities:

BP planning analysis and implementation monitoring:

  • Coordinate with the company’s management, cooperate and lead departments to complete annual budgeting, monitor and analyze budget implementation, and periodically provide analysis reports

Analyze management data and business performance of the company:

  • Complete the collection, classification, and analysis of financial-related data according to financial requirements from superiors.
  • Provide monthly and annual business performance analysis as required, identify problems and make appropriate recommendations to the company.

Management reporting:

  • Prepare management reports and related financial data information as required, coordinate with the management to provide necessary management data for evaluation

Support project financial performance analysis:

  • Provide professional advice from a financial perspective on new projects and tasks, coordinate in project approval and monitor project performance analysis

Cost control:

  • Check and analyze costs/expenditures.
  • Organize and implement budget management, cost management, asset management, tax management, accounting.

Report to CFO

Qualifications:

  • Over 5-10 years of finance-related work experience, at least 3 years in a similar position
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, accounting, financial management, or related major;
  • Understanding of Vietnam’s financial and tax systems and policies;
  • Listening, speaking, reading, and writing Chinese well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales activities for high-end projects, including luxury resorts, high-end apartments, villas, and other premium developments in North Vietnam.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify project opportunities and lead bidding efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, architects, and contractors, and leverage customer insights to ensure project success.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze consumer trends and market conditions to accurately forecast sales by product line and item codes for upcoming months and quarters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineer, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development for projects
  • Deep understanding of the construction materials industry with the ability to quickly adapt and learn.
