Job Summary:

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial activities of our Vietnam branch, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with the company’s financial goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial management in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and improve various financial management systems for Vietnamese companies;
  • Preside over the financial management of the Vietnamese factory, organize and implement budget management, cost management, asset management, tax management, accounting, etc.;
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts. Analyze financial performance following the requirement of HQ and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Accounting and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Other assigned task by BOD

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable.

Summary: Adherence to specified regulations, processes, and reference materials such as product inspection management regulations, customer inspection management, quality engineering department audit management regulations, non-conforming product control regulations, corrective and preventive measures control regulations, manufacturing department quality responsibility management regulations, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quality Management:

  • Responsible for managing product quality at the Vietnam factory, ensuring strict adherence to various quality standards to enhance product quality continuously.
  • Uphold a culture of continuous quality improvement by assisting and guiding production, actively participating in product design, controlling process errors, reducing waste, and lowering production costs.
