Invest Talent is assisting a leading company in Vietnam in the field of flooring materials and home decoration in recruiting a Project Sales Manager (Wood Flooring) with the following details:
Business Development:
- Oversee sales for high-end projects, including luxury resorts, high-end apartments/villas, etc.
- Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and lead project bidding efforts.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, architects, and contractors. Gather and utilize customer information to drive project success.
- Continuously monitor and analyze consumer trends and market conditions to forecast detailed sales by product line and item codes for upcoming months and quarters.
- Develop and regularly update training materials and presentations on the company’s products
- Prepare and present detailed reports to the Sales Director on a regular basis.
Support for Other Departments:
- Work closely with other departments (Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, etc.) and suppliers (100% exclusive foreign partners) to provide optimal solutions for each project.
- Collaborate with the Finance Department to monitor and expedite debt recovery from customers and track payment progress.
- Partner with the Marketing Department in all branding and product advertising activities of the company.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record in business development for projects.
- Deep understanding of the construction materials industry with the ability to quickly adapt and learn.
- Strong network with Real Estate Developer/Investment
- Good communication, negotiation with C-Level and persuasion skills

- Salary during probation period: 85% Gross salary in 2 months

- 13th, 14th month salary: Depending on the result of sales performance
- Working time: Monday to Friday – (8am-5pm) , Saturday: WFH (8am – 12pm)
