Summary:

CFO will be responsible for managing the financial operations of One of Top Healthcare Technology Company in Vietnam. You will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including:

• Financial Strategy
• Financial Planning and Analysis
• Accounting and Financial Reporting
• Cash Management
• Risk Management
• Tax Compliance
• Investor Relations
• Mergers and Acquisitions

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Lead the development of the company’s financial plans, forecasts, and budgets.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee the company’s accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring that they are accurate and timely.
• Manage the company’s cash flow to ensure that it has sufficient liquidity to meet its financial obligations.
• Identify and manage financial risks, such as currency fluctuations and credit risk.
• Ensure the company complies with all tax laws and regulations.
• Manage relationships with investors and analysts, providing them with timely and accurate financial information.
• Lead financial due diligence on potential acquisitions and manage post-merger integration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (ACCA is plus)
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
• Experience in the Healthcare Technology industry is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead and manage financial teams.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align financial strategy with business goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English language.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese tax and regulatory environment.
