Country Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and growth of a Fintech company in Vietnam.
Develop and implement strategies that support the company’s growth and expansion.
Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, retailers, and other partners.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and partners. Act as the primary point of contact for all communications related to the company’s operations in Vietnam.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that support the company’s growth and expansion in Vietnam. Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and sales programs.
Oversee all aspects of the company’s HR, operations in Vietnam, compliance, risk management
Oversee the financial performance of the company in Vietnam.
Develop and manage budgets, P&L.
Ensure that the company is compliant with all relevant regulations and laws in Vietnam.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in the fintech or financial services industry
Experience in building and managing teams, as well as developing and executing strategies that support business growth.
Strong knowledge of the Vietnamese financial services industry and regulatory environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Fluency in Vietnamese and English language.
Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically to achieve business objectives.
