Our Client are looking for a Growth Manager to lead the growth marketing efforts for our Global SaaS Marketing Technology Company in the Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing plan that includes acquisition, retention, and revenue strategies, to achieve business objectives in the Vietnam market.
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention rates in Vietnam.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including SEM, SEO, social media, email, and display advertising to drive traffic and conversions in Vietnam.
• Collaborate with the product team to identify and implement product-led growth initiatives that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth in Vietnam.
• Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and nurturing efforts in Vietnam.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective execution of all marketing activities in Vietnam.
• Monitor, track and report on key performance metrics in Vietnam, using data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities in Vietnam.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and techniques in Vietnam, to ensure the company is at the forefront of marketing innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive insights and decision-making in Vietnam.
• Experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing channels such as SEM, SEO, social media, email, and display advertising in Vietnam.
• Familiarity with product-led growth strategies and techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders in Vietnam.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in Vietnam.
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English languages.
