We are assisting our client, a Taiwan Group which focus on the manufacturing and application of wooden products, hiring potential candidates for their Future Branch Manager Trainee (Sales Department).

We are specifically looking for an individual with a strong background in sales, a deep understanding or passion for wooden furniture products, and excellent communication skills in Chinese.

The selected candidate will undergo training in Taiwan for 1-2 years and subsequently return to Vietnam to take on a leadership position and contribute to further development.

Main Tasks:

• Conduct phone invitations and organise product presentations for clients using the company’s provided customer list.
• Take charge of product promotions and customer relationship management in the designated area to meet performance targets.
• Assist in developing and executing overseas market targets and strategies for the assigned region, overseeing the team and implementing plans.
• Implement and track operational performance management goals, ensuring a clear understanding of business sales conditions.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
• Proficiency in Mandarin and Vietnamese.
• Have 4-5 years in Sales B2B, experienced in Wooden Furniture Products is advanced 
• Strong skill in Sales and Marketing Promotion / Customer Consultation and Service / Formulation and Management of Performance Targets 
• Quick adaptation to changes.
