Briefing on the Job:
- Our client a leading SME financing platform in southeast Asia (based in Singapore) and operating in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand.
- They are looking for Relationship Manager with a background in B2B or financial services area to grow and scale up our SME Lending business in Vietnam through effective partnership strategies
- Ability to solicit and source SME companies for short term financing needs that fit the product program of the company.
- Ability to set up plan, manage time to deliver the target effectively.
- Coordinate with other internal stakeholders (Risk, Product, Operations, Legal, Finance, Technology…) to deliver the good products and services to the customers.
- Customer service mindset and delivery, be able to work independently and work in a team.
- Deliver the good sales quality, follow policies and guidelines to control fraud and ensure compliance.
- Keep abreast of local regulatory requirements.
- Sales and result oriented, experience in SME lending would be a preference.
Desired Skills & Knowledge, Competencies requirement:
- Education: Business or Commerce Degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in SME or B2B sales in relevant industries.
- Strong sales skills and communication in Vietnamese and English.
- Must be enthusiastic, well organized and adapt to change.
- Familiar with start-up environment and desire to success and overcome challenge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, and confident working independently.
- Hard working, passion to win, desire to success and overcome challenge.
