The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing customer requests for quotations, processing steel structures, and ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Receive requests for quotation for processing steel structures from Japan customers in Vietnam.
• Work with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to receive quotes to calculate processing costs.
• Work with forwarders to calculate shipping costs and ensure timely delivery.
• Summarize and send quotes to customers, track and update production and delivery progress.
• Implement and track import and export documents, payments, and other logistics-related tasks.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer service initiatives.
• Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and customer records.
• Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to network and promote products and services.
• Other tasks as requested by superiors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in the field of steel structures, pre-engineered steel buildings.
• Strong sales and customer service skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Technical knowledge of construction steel products and applications.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and disassemble drawing boards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Japanese language proficiency at N1 or N2 level (required).
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Yêu cầu:

• Tiếng Nhật tối thiểu N1 or N2 (bắt buộc). Có kinh nghiệm trong ngành Steel.
• Biết đọc bản vẽ Auto-CAD, có khả năng bóc tách bảng vẽ.
• Có kinh nghiệm về xuất nhập khẩu, thương mại và ngành thép là lợi thế
• Có kinh nghiệm làm báo cáo.
