Nguyen Huy Hoang joins Klook with more than 20 years of experience in market research, business consulting, business development to e-commerce platform management.

In the past 2 years, Mr. Hoang has worked as a Deputy President Level High School (SVP) to develop FMCG categories as well as LazMall platform for Lazada Vietnam, then Director Terrible Chief Business Officer of OnPoint – the leading e-commerce support service company in Southeast Asia.

In Vietnam, Klook currently offers more than thousands of experiences and activities in 3 categories: Play, Stay (Stay) and Move (Move) across major destinations. Thanks to its persistent efforts during the Covid-19 period, Klook has achieved phenomenal growth in the domestic travel industry and the company achieves an outstanding growth in 2022, equal to 150% of pre-Covid-19 levels.

Klook currently offers over 530.000 curated experiences and activities in over 1.700 destinations globally. From Q4/2022 to Q1/2023 only, Klook recorded a growth of 30%, showing that more and more Vietnamese are using the Klook app to book their overseas trips.

In addition, Klook cooperates with DMOs (destination tourism promotion organizations) in Vietnam and also in the region to bring Vietnamese tourists the best and latest experiences at foreign destinations, helping they book their travel seamlessly and thereby enjoy the holiday to the fullest.
