Invest Talent JSC client a HongKong company which provides LIMS and Medical Software. They are expand business in Vietnam and they are looking for Account Sales Manager to manage the sales of the company’s products and services in Vietnam. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Developing specific plans to drive revenue growth in the company’s product portfolio.
  • Identifying potential customers and nurturing and maintaining positive relationships with current and prospective accounts.
  • Handling new account sales and promoting the growth of emerging products and multiproduct sales.
  • Implementing proactive competitive strategies and targeted sales campaigns.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through consistent, meaningful account interactions conducted in person, via telephone, and through email.
  • Crafting presentations and business plans to optimize business opportunities at accounts.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent.
  • A background in life sciences or chemical industry is preferred.
  • Fluency in English
  • Familiarity with enterprise software, particularly LIMS, is desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in the company’s products, software pricing practices, and selling techniques is an advantage.
  • Strong skills in time management, communication, decision-making, human relations, presentation, and organization.
  • Familiarity with various medical software applications is plus.
  • Business travel required (30-50%).

Working location: Remote fulltime with travel within Vietnam.

Sales & Marketing Engineer (Mechanical & Module)

Our client is a mechanical & module manufacturing company, primarily serving the semiconductor industry with locations in China, Malaysia & S’pore that is recruiting a Sales and Marketing Engineer to Lead the company to penetrate the Vietnamese semiconductor market.

Responsibilities:

National Sales Representative (LIMS Platform)

About Our Client is a provider of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) solutions in the Medical Laboratory Industry. They are looking for National B2B Sales Representative to expand their business in Vietnam.

Working location: Remote fulltime with travel within Vietnam

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute specific plans to drive revenue growth in the company’s LIMS product portfolio in Vietnam.
  • Identify potential customers and nurture and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective accounts to ensure a strong client base.
  • Handle new account sales by effectively promoting our emerging products and multi-product solutions.

  • Supervise daily operations and maintenance of project
  • Apply hands-on mechanical and/or electrical skills for equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Ensure proficiency in operating and maintaining various treatment plant equipment.
  • Expertly handle electrical cabinets, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary modifications.
  • Conduct instrument calibration and troubleshoot instrumentation problems.
  • Maintain effective communication within the team and with authorities.
  • Prioritize and uphold safety knowledge and practices in plant operations.

  • Oversee safety measures and maintain quality control standards at the project site.
  • Efficiently manage project scheduling, including programming, implementation, review, monitoring, and overall project timeline adherence.
  • Lead technical discussions on-site and report to Project Manager
  • Manage contract-related tasks, including tendering processes and adherence to FIDIC standards.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of comprehensive tender Documents to support successful project bids.
  • Coordinate various project activities, proactively address potential risks, and assist in risk management efforts.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare reports as necessary for effective project oversight.

Requirements:
