Job Summary:

Our Client are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to build-up and manage a team (Junior/Fresh graduated & internship) in Vietnam in handling repetitive data works. This role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of data-related tasks within a platform business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Recruit, onboard, and train a team of junior and fresh graduate members, as well as interns, to handle repetitive data tasks.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Monitor and assess team performance, providing regular feedback and addressing any performance issues.

Operation Planning and Execution:

  • Collaborate with Data engineering teams to understand project requirements and scope related to data processing and repetitive tasks. Develop detailed plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency in handling repetitive data tasks.
  • Implement best practices and standardized procedures for data processing and related activities.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and completeness of data processing.
  • Generate regular reports and insights related to data processing metrics, team performance, and project status.
  • Report to CEO

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Technology. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese – Korean (priority) or Vietnamese – English
  • Have 4 years’ experience as a Manager, familiarity with business & data platform
  • Has experience in organizational management at IT companies (start-up and in data sector is preferable)
  • Proven experience in platform operations, data management
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience preparing Resource plan, Reports and Presentations to Headquarters
  • Strong interest in global operational business and industry trends.

Summary: Operations Project Manager will take a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of Business and Projects investment in Vietnam. The role encompasses overseeing operational activities, managing project timelines, ensuring quality control, and establishing strong connections with government authorities to facilitate project investments and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure effective project and operational execution, adherence to timelines, and delivery of high-quality projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to optimize resource allocation, monitor project progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and operational processes to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of more than 10 years in operational project management, preferably within Water Solutions, EPC, or Investment Companies.
  • Solid project management experience and a comprehensive understanding of water and wastewater treatment solutions.
  • A profound grasp of government relations, regulatory processes, and investment procedures within Vietnam.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, which are crucial for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in English/Chinese and Vietnamese languages.
  • Location: Based in D1, HCM and willing to travel.
  • Availability: Monday to Friday.

General Accountant

Company: A provider water and waste water treatment solutions, and vacuum systems (FDI 100%)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the construction project.
  • Generate internal financial reports as needed to support project management decisions.
  • Conduct regular tax inspections to ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax returns.
  • Collaborate with external tax authorities and provide required documentation as necessary.
  • Work closely with various external parties, including tax authorities, banks, insurance agencies, and statistical agencies, to address financial and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster positive working relationships with external stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Record and maintain accurate financial records, including income, expenses, depreciation, fixed assets, and debts.
  • Manage VAT accounting and ensure compliance with VAT regulations.
  • Prepare office tax settlements in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Perform any other accounting or financial tasks related to the construction project as required.
  • Support the overall financial operations of the company when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 year’s experience in general accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of construction cost accounting and related financial procedures.

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Project Director
  • Assist in coordinating and overseeing project activities
