Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations and maintenance of project
  • Apply hands-on mechanical and/or electrical skills for equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Ensure proficiency in operating and maintaining various treatment plant equipment.
  • Expertly handle electrical cabinets, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary modifications.
  • Conduct instrument calibration and troubleshoot instrumentation problems.
  • Maintain effective communication within the team and with authorities.
  • Prioritize and uphold safety knowledge and practices in plant operations.
  • Independently manage day-to-day operations efficiently.
  • Prepare and manage documentation related to plant operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, BA, or relevant field.
  • Experience in operation of water, wastewater treatment plant
  • Hand on skill in mechanical and/or electrical work
  • Familiar with operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Emphasis on safety knowledge and practices within a plant setting.
  • Can speak English
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage day-to-day operations.

  • Familiar with electrical cabinet and hand on skill on troubleshooting and modification.
  • Emphasis on safety knowledge and practices within a plant setting.
  • Familiar with instrument calibration and troubleshooting
  • Prefer English speaking but not compulsory
  • Able to liaise with authorities
  • Effective communication skills for team collaboration and interactions with authorities.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage day-to-day operations.

General Accountant

Company: A provider water and waste water treatment solutions, and vacuum systems (FDI 100%)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the construction project.
  • Generate internal financial reports as needed to support project management decisions.
  • Conduct regular tax inspections to ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax returns.
  • Collaborate with external tax authorities and provide required documentation as necessary.
  • Work closely with various external parties, including tax authorities, banks, insurance agencies, and statistical agencies, to address financial and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster positive working relationships with external stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Record and maintain accurate financial records, including income, expenses, depreciation, fixed assets, and debts.
  • Manage VAT accounting and ensure compliance with VAT regulations.
  • Prepare office tax settlements in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Perform any other accounting or financial tasks related to the construction project as required.
  • Support the overall financial operations of the company when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 year’s experience in general accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of construction cost accounting and related financial procedures.
  • Working knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have experience working in Outsourcing/Audit company is plus
  • Experienced in payroll is a plus point.

Quantity Surveyor (Pipeline)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for project.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and support the tendering process.
  • Monitor project costs and track the volume of building materials used.
  • Work with the project manager to manage changes and variations.
  • Summarize and report project costs to PM.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for quantity surveyor
  • Contribute to improving quantity surveyor processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a related field
  • Have 2+ year experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Pipeline and Plant construction industry.
  • Proficiency in cost estimating and pricing methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practices.
  • Fluently in English

Pipeline Engineer (Water project)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Designing piping systems for water distribution and sewerage (drainage piping)
  • Analyzing and optimizing existing systems to improve their efficiency, reliability and safety.
  • Will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during the design, construction, and operation of systems.
  • Ensuring that all materials and equipment used in the systems meet the required quality standards and are safe to use
  • Ensuring that the systems are designed and installed in a way that minimizes the risk of accidents or leaks
  • Preparing detailed documentation, such as drawings, specifications, and provide guidance for future maintenance and repair activities

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in systems for water distribution and sewerage (drainage piping)
  • Experience in EPC or Investment Company is plus
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
