Mô tả công việc:

  • Chịu trách nhiệm thúc đẩy về doanh số bán hàng, công nợ trên khu vực mình phụ trách (chăm sóc đại lý cũ và phát triển đại lý mới)
  • Triển khai các chương trình khuyến mãi, chính sách bán hàng, hợp đồng, trưng bày …của công ty đến Nhà phân phối & Đại lý cấp 2
  • Cập nhật, thu thập thông tin về hệ thống đại lý và xây dựng mối quan hệ với cửa hàng (chủ shop, nhân viên bán hàng shop)
  • Tiếp nhận thông tin phản hồi từ phía khách hàng về sản phẩm, thông tin thị trường
  • Thu thập, tổng hợp, phân tích và báo cáo về các thông tin như doanh số bán hàng; thông tin về đối thủ cạnh tranh, giá cả, những chương trình khuyến mãi trên thị trường

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Nam tuổi từ 25 – 35 tuổi
  • Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên
  • Thành thạo vi tính Văn phòng.
  • Am hiểu thị trường điện lạnh, Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực điện lanh, làm việc tại vị trí bán hàng điện lạnh, sales thị trường.
  • Siêng năng, trung thực, nhanh nhẹn.

Sales Manager (Stainless Steel, Aluminium) – Chinese Speaking

Invest Talent JSC is on the hiring process for the Chinese Speaking Sales Manager (Steel, Aluminium) in Vietnam market

  • Oversee the sales of company product (stainless steel, aluminium etc), following the guidance of superiors.
  • Engage in the investment activities for the manufacturing plant project in Vietnam.
  • Manage documentation and certifications for the plant’s establishment and joint ventures.
  • Collaborate and negotiate with partners from both domestic and Chinese markets.
  • Perform market research on aluminum markets locally and for export.
  • Identify suppliers and manage the procurement of materials for production.
  • Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones.
  • Investigate and report on tax and import/export data for the products.
  • Translate documents from Chinese.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
  • Report in English to the Korean General Director and/or the Vietnamese Deputy Director.

 Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Chinese in terms of working with partners in China
  • English: Good communication skills.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in metal industry (steel, aluminium is preferable) 
  • Ability to find new suppliers and customers.
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally (mainly to China and Southeast Asian countries).

Distribution Channel Development:

  • Assist in establishing and expanding the distribution network, including dealers, retail stores, and showrooms.

Responsibilities: 

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Collaborate with departments to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions (JDs).
  • Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing, interviewing, to negotiating and finalizing employment contracts.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, helping them quickly adapt to the work environment.

HR Records Management

  • Manage and update the HR records system, including personal information, employment contracts, and related documents.

Requirement:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably with experience in start-ups or small companies
  • Knowledge of modern HR management tools and software (HRM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales activities for high-end projects, including luxury resorts, high-end apartments, villas, and other premium developments in North Vietnam.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify project opportunities and lead bidding efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, architects, and contractors, and leverage customer insights to ensure project success.
