Project Sales Manager (Building Material)

Invest Talent is assisting a leading company in Vietnam in the field of flooring materials and home decoration in recruiting a Project Sales Manager (Wood Flooring) with the following details:

Business Development:

  • Oversee sales for high-end projects, including luxury resorts, high-end apartments/villas, etc.
  • Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and lead project bidding efforts.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, architects, and contractors. Gather and utilize customer information to drive project success.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze consumer trends and market conditions to forecast detailed sales by product line and item codes for upcoming months and quarters.
  • Develop and regularly update training materials and presentations on the company’s products
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to the Sales Director on a regular basis.

Support for Other Departments:

  • Work closely with other departments (Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, etc.) and suppliers (100% exclusive foreign partners) to provide optimal solutions for each project.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Department to monitor and expedite debt recovery from customers and track payment progress.
  • Partner with the Marketing Department in all branding and product advertising activities of the company.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record in business development for projects.
  • Deep understanding of the construction materials industry with the ability to quickly adapt and learn.
  • Strong network with Real Estate Developer/Investment
  • Good communication, negotiation with C-Level and persuasion skills

Garment Merchandiser

Invest Talent JSC’s Client a Korea Garment Manufacturing Company is hiring Merchandiser with below information:  

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Working on garment sampling making for development and production: preparing the fabric/trim and detail sheet/tech pack to make samples, and work with sample room/graphic mill/laundry to make samples and submit to buyers.
  • Tracking the sample status and update dispatching information internally and in buyer system.
  • Order the fabric/trim both for sampling and production, and track the status to be communicated with factories and buyers.
  • Communicate with buyers and internal cross-functional teams to manage the development/production process.
  • Prepare and submit QA package containing all order details and fabric/trim details to factories.
  • Track the production status and update the WIP information in buyer system.
  • Work on requesting mini marker/pattern, and learn how to calculate the cost of product.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities/岗位职责:

1.主要负责越南tiktok账号的搭建、管理、内容运营和推广,以及tiktok账号的粉丝增长;

(Senior) Associate_Investment Banking Advisory
Invest Talent JSC’s Client – A Singapore investment banking advisory firm which key business activities involve Private Financing, M&A and Restructuring advisory services across industry verticals with a focus on the TMT, Consumer/Retail, Industrials, Real Estate/Hospitality and Infrastructure sectors, is expanding to Vietnam by hiring Associate/Senior Associate. The Associate/Senior Associate will be expected to work closely with senior management in executing various transactions and also manage a team of Analysts Report to: AVP/VP/Director Responsibilities Transaction Execution: Provide execution support to the senior team
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing documents / presentations, including teasers, information memorandums and management presentations
  • Develop financial analyses to support deal process, including (1) creation of financial models – operating models/Pro-forma earnings and (2) preparation of valuation analyses – DCF, SOTP and/or comparable company analysis (precedent transaction and trading)
  • Be a reliable contact person for conducting and coordinating any client due diligence processes
Manage client engagement through:

Skill & Knowledge Requirement
  • Minimum educational qualifications include a graduate degree with a focus on either finance, economics, business orclosely related areas MBA / CFA/ CA
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in corporate finance/investment banking
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Energetic and decisive, with high level of integrity
