Responsibilities: 

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Collaborate with departments to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions (JDs).
  • Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing, interviewing, to negotiating and finalizing employment contracts.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, helping them quickly adapt to the work environment.

HR Records Management

  • Manage and update the HR records system, including personal information, employment contracts, and related documents.
  • Ensure employee information is kept confidential and complies with legal regulations on HR management.

Compensation and Benefits Management

  • Assist in payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs.
  • Advise and resolve issues related to employee policies and benefits.

Human Resource Development

  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs and skill development initiatives for employees
  • Support performance evaluation processes and provide suggestions for employee improvement and development.

Support Strategic Planning

  • Assist the Business Plan Manager in developing and refining HR strategic initiatives, ensuring that plans are based on sound data and analysis.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the execution of the HR strategic plan. Work with the Business Plan Manager to implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Enterprise Management System Support

  • Assist in the optimization and utilization of the proprietary enterprise management system to ensure it is effectively supporting recruiting operations.

Risk Assessment

  • Support the identification and assessment of risks associated with business plan execution. Work with the Business Plan Manager to develop mitigation strategies.

Requirement: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in in Human Resources Management, Economics, Law, or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably with experience in start-ups or small companies
  • Knowledge of modern HR management tools and software (HRM)
  • Familiarity with enterprise management systems and their application in business operations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Working type: Remote until January 2025

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales activities for high-end projects, including luxury resorts, high-end apartments, villas, and other premium developments in North Vietnam.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify project opportunities and lead bidding efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, architects, and contractors, and leverage customer insights to ensure project success.

  • Good communication, negotiation with C-Level and persuasion skills

  • Ensure efficient operational processes and maintain a strong, cohesive sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Manage Distribution Channels:

  • Establish and expand the distribution network, including dealers, retail stores, and showrooms.
  • Create strategies to expand distribution channels and optimize existing channels to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate and sign contracts with distribution partners, maintaining long-term and stable relationships.

Build a Multi-Channel Sales Strategy:

Job Description

  • Ensure smooth project execution from inception to completion.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as organizing and maintaining project documents, updating the digital database, and assisting with budget management. Basic duties include setting up phone calls, meetings, and site visits.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders regarding project details and deliverables.
  • Travel within Ho Chi Minh City and southern Vietnam to identify land and conduct research for opening a seafood factory.
  • Oversee the management, monitoring, and contracting processes for leasing land to establish the factory.
  • Must have knowledge of government procedures.

Responsibilities

Phrase 1:

  • Communicate with real estate agencies and industrial zones in various cities across Vietnam to facilitate the opening of a seafood factory.
  • If the leased land requires a license permit for the seafood factory, communicate with the government or relevant agents.
  • Identify suitable land, check prices, research essential data (such as electricity and water supply), compile all information, and prepare detailed reports for the Managing Director.
  • Consider renting existing factories, discuss terms with owners, and explain business needs and requirements.

Phrase 2:

  • Manage worksites for new construction and remodeling projects, ensuring all activities align with project goals and objectives.
  • Provide direction to general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors during groundwork to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other project personnel, and manage estimates, budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Identify, mitigate, and track recurring construction issues, legal regulations, building and safety codes, and other requirements.

Requirements
