Our Client is Real Estate Investment and Development in HCMC

Responsibilities:

• Advise the BOD on updating & assessing the market situation and internal affairs of the Group.
• Propose relevant short-term & long-term IR development strategies.
• Develop IR activity plans to achieve the Group’s expected business goals.
• Implement investment solicitation activities, build and develop potential investor portfolios and networks with securities firms, fund management companies, and securities investment funds.
• Create introductory materials, promote enterprise products, and presentation materials for investors (corporate fact sheets, investor kits, and investor presentations, etc.).
• Control documents: Monthly/quarterly/annual business activity reports for investors, investor newsletters, press releases, annual reports, etc.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to organize events for investors: Annual/extraordinary general meetings, quarterly investor meetings, seminars, investor conferences, and business evaluation visits with analysts, investment funds, partners, etc.
• Monitor and review responses to questions regarding the company’s business operations and financial situation, provide necessary assessments upon requests from analysts, securities firms, investment funds, investors, and shareholders in general, and seek approval from leadership before disclosure.
• Mobilize capital through the issuance of financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, convertible bonds, etc.
• Report, evaluate, and propose plans to capitalize on opportunities or deal with risks in IR activities.

Requirements:

• University degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Investment-related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of equivalent IR experience in listed Real Estate companies; Investment Funds or  Securities firms.
• Deep experience in Investor Relations activities.
• Outstanding achievements in previous IR roles at other companies.
• Commitment to achieving business goals in IR operations.
• Proficient in computer skills and office-related software/applications.
• Fluent in all four language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

• Tư vấn Hội đồng về cập nhật thị trường và nội bộ, đề xuất chiến lược Quan hệ Nhà Đầu tư phù hợp với mục tiêu của Tập đoàn.
•  Phát triển kế hoạch Quan hệ Nhà Đầu tư để đạt mục tiêu kinh doanh của Tập đoàn.
• Củng cố và phát triển số lượng cổ đông, nhà đầu tư của Tập đoàn.
• Đẩy mạnh các hoạt động giao dịch và giá trị giao dịch cổ phiếu của Tập đoàn
• Xây dựng & triển khai các chiến lược, kế hoạch củng cố và phát triển kinh doanh cho hoạt động quan hệ nhà đầu tư của Tập đoàn đảm bảo các mục tiêu thường niên.
• Thực hiện các hoạt động đầu tư, xây dựng danh mục đầu tư và thiết lập đối tác với công ty chứng khoán và quỹ quản lý.

Yêu Cầu:

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành Tài chính, Kế toán, Kinh tế, hoặc Đầu tư.
• Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm IR tương đương tại các công ty Bất động sản đã niêm yết ; Quỹ đầu tư hoặc Sàn Chứng khoán.
• Kinh nghiệm chuyên sâu trong Quan hệ Nhà Đầu Tư.
• Cam kết đạt mục tiêu kinh doanh trong hoạt động IR.
• Thành thạo tin học và các phần mềm/ứng dụng văn phòng.
• Thành thạo 4 kỹ năng ngoại ngữ (nghe, nói, đọc, viết).
