Payable Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounts payable, daily cash balance reconciliations and corporate invoices
  • Prepare monthly expense request for construction projects and monitor job costs projects
  • Review and process subcontract, suppliers and monthly salary payment requests
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and accrual entries
  • Monitor subcontractor contracts and commitments
  • Performing day-to-day accounting functions such as month end close, variance analysis AP, AR, and billing
  • Prepare tax returns and projections in accordance with firm and professional standards as directed by Manager
  • Issue/set up Purchase Orders and Invoices
  • Monitor job progress and update any potential overruns against purchase orders or budgets to Manager

Requirements:

  • University Degree in related majors to Finance or Accounting field
  • At least 2 years of working experiences in Payable Accountant/PA and Tax
  • Have experience working in Outsourcing/Audit company is plus
  • Experienced in Admin, HR is a plus point.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, as well as Vietnamese tax regulations.
  • Good command of English.
  • Willing for business trip

RESPONSIBITIES:

  • Prepare BIM Coordination Plan
