Our client is foreign company, operates within the grain trading industry, specialising in the sale of niche and oilseed crops. With a focus on products such as flax, peas, mung beans, chickpeas, meal, and more… To expand into the Vietnamese market, we aim to leverage our expertise in grain trading and focus on the unique agricultural needs of Vietnam.
Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Analyze the domestic market for niche, grain, and oilseed crops to identify new partners and target opportunities.
- New Customer Acquisition: Search for and attract new buyers in both B2B and B2B2C channels, including wholesalers, distributors, retail chains, marketplaces, and restaurants.
- Customer Base Management: Maintain and work with the existing customer base to foster long-term relationships.
- Sales Negotiation and Implementation: Negotiate, organize, and implement the import sales process for niche and oilseed crops and their derivative products, from large ship shipments to smaller wholesale deals.
- Contract Management: Conclude contracts, negotiate prices, and monitor and coordinate the entire contractual process until the delivery of goods to the final buyer.
- Sales Planning: Plan sales activities to ensure the achievement of planned targets.
- Cost Calculation: Calculate product costs, taking into account transportation logistics from port to the buyer’s warehouse.
- Complaint Management: Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Pricing Model Construction: Develop and implement pricing models based on transactions.
- Payment Control: Oversee payments and manage receivables.
- Market Risk Monitoring: Monitor and analyze market risks, calculate their impact, and generate recommendations on risk management in the national market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degrees
- Native Vietnamese speaker
- English Proficiency
- (Optional) C1 level in Russian
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales of niche crops (e.g., flax, chickpeas, peas), grains (e.g., feed wheat, food wheat, wheat bran), oilseeds (e.g., sunflower meal), and beet pulp.
- Complete package of necessary documents/certificates for import
- Understanding the specifics of import sales for various crops
- Knowledge of the nuances of cost and sales price formation in the relevant product areas
- Ability to quickly calculate sales prices based on client location and internal road transport logistics
- Understanding the nuances of road transport logistics and the cost of storing products
- (Optional) Existing base of potential buyers in the national market for B2B and B2B2C channels
Reporting Structure:
- Direct Report to CEO (Russian) initially
- Later Report to Head of Import
Location: Ho Chi Minh City (HCM)
Working Hours: 5 days a week, 48 hours a week
Salary Package: 1500-2500 USD/month
Allowances: Mobile, Fuel , Food around 1.5 million VND/month

Probation Period: 2 months, 100% Salary and allowances only (no performance bonus or financial assistance)
Annual Leave: 15 days
Overtime Payment:
- 150% on workday
- 200% on weekend
- 300% on holiday
- Additional 30% for hours between 10 pm to 6 am
