Chinese Assistant (Project Coordinator)
Company Technologies about designs, fabricates, assembles, and installs engineered water systems for industrial applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide administrative support to PM, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in translating and interpreting from Chinese to Vietnamese and vice versa for documents, meetings, and discussions related to operational activities.
  • Prepare and coordinate documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist in communication-related tasks, such as drafting letters, taking notes, and preparing important documents.
  • Monitor and track requests and tasks from PM, deliver on time and high-quality completion.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination within the company and with external parties.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Have 1 year of experience as a Technical Project Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages, with translation and interpretation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the Water Treatment Project or environment investment companies is a plus.

Quantity Surveyor (Pipeline)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for project.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and support the tendering process.
  • Monitor project costs and track the volume of building materials used.
  • Work with the project manager to manage changes and variations.
  • Summarize and report project costs to PM.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for quantity surveyor
  • Contribute to improving quantity surveyor processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a related field
  • Have 2+ year experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Pipeline and Plant construction industry.
  • Proficiency in cost estimating and pricing methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practices.
  • Fluently in English

Sales Manager (Chemical Industry)

  • Ưu tiên giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt.
  • Kỹ năng: giao tiếp, quản lý nhóm, thuyết trình, đàm phán, thương lượng.

Responsibilities:

  • Advises teams on financial matters;
  • Gathering data, organizing information, analyzing historical results, making forecasts and projections, making recommendations, and generating financial models, presentations, and reports for Directors;
  • Work with project team to help ensure that their projects meet their goals within budget and on schedule;
  • Identified ways to improve future projects by analyzing past performance or other factors;
  • Recommending new vendors or suppliers to suggesting changes in how a company approaches its projects in general;
  • Monitoring budgets and identifying any variances between projected spending and actual spending to ensure that expenses do not exceed funds available;
  • Calculating the cost of capital expenditures and assessing the appropriateness of investment decisions based on company policies regarding capital spending;
  • Reviewing financial statements and reports for accuracy and recommending any needed adjustments;
  • Working with management to develop budgets and forecast future revenue

  • Regular and Monthly Reporting to Director;

Requirements:

  • University Degree in related majors to Accounting field
  • At least 2 years of working experiences in Finance/Accountant
  • Have experience as Project Accountant in EPC or Investment Company is plus
  • Skills in collecting accounting data, statistics, and synthesizing reports, proposing implementation measures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, as well as Vietnamese tax regulations.
  • Good command of English.

Pipeline Engineer (Water project)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Designing piping systems for water distribution and sewerage (drainage piping)
  • Analyzing and optimizing existing systems to improve their efficiency, reliability and safety.
  • Will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during the design, construction, and operation of systems.
  • Ensuring that all materials and equipment used in the systems meet the required quality standards and are safe to use

Payroll Consultant (Senior/Executive)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide our award-winning service (payroll calculation, Insurance and Personal Income Tax handling, etc.) to clients to maintain client relationship on regular basis
  • Responsible for client payroll (e.g., salaries, leave, commission, SMUI, PIT and other compensation)
  • Prepare HR reports such as movement, headcount, summary, cost centre allocation, GL and payroll breakdown reports.
