Seller Operation Specialist (E commerce)

What you will do

  • Coordinate the implementation of new operational processes related to ongoing projects
  • Implement new and manage ongoing processes of gathering sellers’ sentiment and pain points
  • Work with various departments as well as directly with sellers to diagnose seller-related operational challenges and develop improvement plans
  • Conduct analysis on root causes and identify operation problem of sellers struggling to comply with Wellness’s quality standards
  • Implement solutions to solve identified problems across all sellers’ touch points with Wellness system
  • Design and manage education strategies across multiple seller channels to drive seller behavior, increase new features add option for sellers and ensure their engagement and use of best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or/and business administration
  • 3+ years industry experience in operations management, consulting, and/or strategy
  • Able to plan end-to-end execution of initiatives, and see through the
    implementation of the initiative
  • Data-driven and highly proficient in developing and utilizing reporting to drive decision-making
  • Strong business acumen and ability to generate insights independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills – able to break down problems, draw insights from complex data and design practical and scalable solutions
  • Strong curiosity to understand the “whys” and “hows” and to develop the “so-what” that will shape policies, initiatives and features
  • Self-motivated with a “can-do attitude”; proactive in finding better ways to get things done and exhibits strong ownership of work. Our culture is fast-paced and impact-focused

What you will do

  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and
    facilitate organic growth

Requirements:

Credit Monitoring & Recovery Team Lead

Our client is looking for a qualified Credit Monitoring & Recovery Team Lead performing day-to-day operational management activities in order to provide to internal stakeholders with critical support and ensure all borrowers meet the disciplines as well as remain a healthy portfolio for Vietnam.

What you will do:

  • Liaison with each of credit, sales, legal, Ops team to certify that all Borrower conditions subsequent (CS) have been met post to disbursement
  • Be the Company’s initial contact point with Borrowers to resolve loans past due (from DPD+7)
  • Follow the internal portfolio system, payment schedule to make the action plan for an efficient recovery.
  • Plan for the team or personally site visit borrower periodically or unexpectedly.
  • Attempts to implement various solutions to recover unsecured loans and mortgages
  • Work with collection agencies, law officers, real estate exchange… to resolve material situations.
  • Coordinate with other related teams/stakeholders to standardize and improve systems, procedures and templates to ensure the most effective work flow
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager
  • Monitor portfolio, make related reports to support line manager, country director in management activity.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in banking, lawyer or related fields
  • Background in Banking, Finance Companies, AMC at Collection Management, Recovery, Asset Management and Liquidation is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of financial operations, collection, properties liquidation.
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Strong at English writing & reading (speaking basic)
  • Analytical and detail oriented
  • Flexibility to support other teams when required
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team, high pressure and outside of business hours when necessary
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word

Seller Acquisition (E-Commerce)

What you will do

  • Responsible for lead generation & acquisition of high-value sellers to join and start selling on Olmo Wellness.
  • Identify new avenues for seller acquisition to grow the platform
  • Ideate, execute, & track new initiatives to acquire new sellers for Olmo Wellness
  • Manage various stakeholders, both internal and external, and act as a liaison for new sellers
  • Consistently meet target KPIs, generate and analyze data, create presentations and updates
  • Responsible for managing relationships with sellers after acquisition including supporting the onboarding process for these sellers
  • Provide market insights from the seller perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
  • At least 1 to 3 years of sales/business development/leads generation experience
  • Data-savvy; able to present & explain insights to stakeholders
  • Strong problem solving, presentation & communication skills
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and teachable
  • Driven, resourceful and independent
  • Experience in acquiring merchants is an advantage
