Our client is a foreign company operating in the grain trading industry, specialising in Animal feed and Agricultural products. They focus on products such as sunflower meal (particularly in non-pellet form), flax, peas, chickpeas, and more. They are expanding their imports into the Vietnam market.
Responsibilities
- Department Creation: Establish and develop a department focused on the sale of Animal feed and Agricultural products.
- Market Entry Strategy: Develop, plan, organize, and oversee the execution of campaigns aimed at entering the national market for products such as sunflower meal (particularly in non-pellet form), flax, peas, chickpeas, and more….
- Sales Management: Manage the sales process ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- New Customer Acquisition: Search for and attract new B2B, B2B2C buyers
- Customer Base Management: Maintain and work with the existing customer base to foster long-term relationships.
- Negotiations and Sales Implementation: Conduct negotiations and manage the import sales process into Vietnam
- Contract Management: Conclude contracts, agree on prices, and monitor and coordinate the entire contractual process until delivery to the final buyer.
- Sales Planning: Plan sales activities to ensure the achievement of planned indicators.
- Complaint Management: Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Price Modelling: Develop and implement pricing models for contracts.
- Payment Control: Oversee payments and manage receivables.
- Market Risk Analysis: Monitor and analyse market risks, calculate their impact, and provide recommendations on managing risks in the national market.
- Operational Records Management: Organise and maintain operational records within the assigned area.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degrees
- Native Vietnam Speaker and English Proficiency
- At least 3 years of experience in sales of Animal feed or Agricultural products
- Experience running a sales department
- Full package of necessary documents/certificates for import
- Knowledge of import sales specifics for various crops
- Ideally, experience participating in a startup
- Optional: Base of potential buyers in the national B2B market
Reporting Structure:
- Report to Head of Import & Export
Location: Ho Chi Minh City (HCM)
Working Hours: 5 days a week, 48 hours a week
Salary Package: 2000-2500 USD/month
Allowances: Mobile, Fuel , Food around 2.5 million VND/month
Financial assistance for death of a close relative, marriage, etc.
Bonuses:
- 13th Month Salary
- Monthly Performance Bonus
- Annual Performance Bonus
Probation Period: 2 months, 100% Salary and allowances only (no performance bonus or financial assistance)
Annual Leave: 15 days
Overtime Payment:
- 150% on workday
- 200% on weekend
- 300% on holiday
- Additional 30% for hours between 10 pm to 6 am
