Responsibilities
Learn by doing, be the owner of what you build (Discover, Build, Launch, Measure, Learn, Lead)
- Discover: Understand the market and users by leading user/market/competitive research to scope out the right problems, and formulate product strategy for Products.
- Build: Translate product strategy to executable plans and objectives, collaborate with Engineering & Design teams to come up with the desirable solutions.
- Launch: Launch the final features/products to the market, clearly communicate product values to users and internal stakeholders.
- Measure: Define success metrics, learn from numbers and customer feedback to improve the products.
- Learn: Learn from what you built and shipped, continuously experiment and enhance the quality of the products.
- Lead: Own the products/features, become a decision-maker, and inspire your teammates to achieve the missions together.

Technical Leader

We are looking for an experienced Technical Leader (NodeJS, MongoDB) in Ho Chi Minh/Danang to develop high-quality software.
You will be responsible for overseeing the technical development process, task coordination, creating and reviewing technical solutions, implementing, and reviewing source code.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the customer, business developer, and project managers to determine functional and non-functional requirements, create solution proposals and work breakdown structures for new software projects.
- Collaborate with software architect and team members to create software architecture designs from system level to component/module level.
- Collaborate with software architect to define technical aspects of the software development process, from technologies selection, and workflow, to coding standards.
- Lead a development team (5+ people) with a result-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
- Oversee the code quality of the team and organize design/code reviews.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers.
- Participate in the new member recruitment process.
- Provide insights to and collaborate closely with the Delivery Manager and Project Manager to create a happy and innovative team.
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience working on software development projects & 1+ years of experience in technical leader/software architect position.
- Solid experience working with NodeJS;
- Experience working with React/AngularJS is a big plus;
- Knowledge of software architecture design, UML, and/or other modeling methods;
- Experience in cloud solution development with AWS or Azure;
- Understanding of software quality assurance principles;
- Good leadership, communication, and presentation skills;
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or related field.
