Job description:

  • Proactively drives collection of information that aids in the development and improvement of water products and services offerings
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise of our content, products, performance in market and positioning.
  • Building a strong pipeline of deals, drive to closure in support of engagement
  • Establishing new clients, managing and serving the existing accounts to achieve the company’s Sales and Profitability target.
  • Experience in ultrapure water, water purification in power plants, vacuum engineering, PWCS, panelised WWTP tank, rental system, ZLD, nanofiltration membrane, chemical sales etc
  • To discuss with reporting manager to negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both clients and company needs.
  • Research & evaluate competitor activities in the market.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support service; attend to customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Attend and actively participate in discussion with partners, contractors, clients, and fellow colleague
  • Make and prepare presentations fluently in English and Vietnamese
  • Any other work as instructed by Director and Deputy General Manager
  • Support investment project in due diligence and pre assessment. (Secondary Function)

Requirements:

  • Environmental Engineering; Process/Chemical Engineering will be an advantage
  • Minimum 5 year(s) of experience in sales and marketing role in Water or manufacturing Industry
  • Have connection with end users, factories, contractors, developers and consultants
  • Willing to do cold calling and feel confident to meet up with new people and introduce product.
  • Proactive and Can-do attitude
  • Strong reporting and communication skills and engage in regular discussion
  • Fluent in English (Chinese will be an advantage)

Financial Analyst

Job Description:

  • The Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial support to the Business Unit
  • Managing & calculating all variable compensation for all employees with sales commission plans, Sales Pipeline metrics, support financial analysis related to the Company’s direct sales force.
  • Finance Analyst will work closely with the finance and sales teams.
  • Financial support to President of Business Unit including preparing month end dashboards, ad hoc analytics.
  • Own the calculation and presentation of commission statements to all employees who have variable compensation / commission plans.
  • Collect and synthesise data from various sources, prepare commission statements that are auditable and understandable, manage the review and approval process and ensure commissions are paid.
  • Development into a proficient finance resource for Sales Pipeline and Close rate reporting.
  • Engagement in additional projects as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Finance/Account/Banking or BA
  • 3-5 years of experience in Finance, preferably within a technology company operating in both Vietnam and the United States
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Availability to work from 5 AM to 2 PM Vietnam time
  • Strong technological skills, including proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and analytics

Senior BA/Project Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Required Qualifications:

  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, encompassing business processes, use cases, and user experience/UI integration needs.
  • Effectively communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to ensure understanding of issues and proposed solutions.
  • Manage and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle, overseeing progress, quality, risk, and problem-solving activities.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and technical writing skills, capable of conveying information to teams across Vietnam, Japan, and Thailand (designers, developers, UX designers).
