Responsibilities: 

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Collaborate with departments to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions (JDs).
  • Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing, interviewing, to negotiating and finalizing employment contracts.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, helping them quickly adapt to the work environment.

HR Records Management

  • Manage and update the HR records system, including personal information, employment contracts, and related documents.
  • Ensure employee information is kept confidential and complies with legal regulations on HR management.

Compensation and Benefits Management

  • Assist in payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs.
  • Advise and resolve issues related to employee policies and benefits.

Human Resource Development

  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs and skill development initiatives for employees
  • Support performance evaluation processes and provide suggestions for employee improvement and development.

Support Strategic Planning

  • Assist the Business Plan Manager in developing and refining HR strategic initiatives, ensuring that plans are based on sound data and analysis.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the execution of the HR strategic plan. Work with the Business Plan Manager to implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Enterprise Management System Support

  • Assist in the optimization and utilization of the proprietary enterprise management system to ensure it is effectively supporting recruiting operations.

Risk Assessment

  • Support the identification and assessment of risks associated with business plan execution. Work with the Business Plan Manager to develop mitigation strategies.

Requirement: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in in Human Resources Management, Economics, Law, or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably with experience in start-ups or small companies
  • Knowledge of modern HR management tools and software (HRM)
  • Familiarity with enterprise management systems and their application in business operations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Working type: Remote until January 2025

Backend Developer (NestJS – NodeJS)

Invest Talent JSC is supporting our client a US SaaS solution company hiring remote developers based in Vietnam.

General:

  • Collaborate closely with the front-end team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Backend Development

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable backend with the respective APIs using NestJS and Node.js.
  • Integrate with third-party email sending providers and other relevant services.
  • Build and maintain efficient data processing pipelines for email campaign data.
  • Optimize backend performance for high throughput and low latency.
  • Implement robust error handling and monitoring mechanisms

Database Administration:

Hosting and Deployment:

  • Configure and maintain server infrastructure and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Monitor server health and performance, proactively identifying and addressing issues.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Backend Engineer with successful product launches under the belt.
  • Strong expertise in NestJS and Node.js.
  • Strong experience in technical architecture design and development – monolithic and microservices
  • Experience with both Server side and Client side architectures
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies.
