Head of Marketing

Based in the office in Vietnam and reporting into the General Manager, the key focus of this role is to plan, execute and implement strategy and initiatives for all areas of marketing and for the brands operating in the specified region.

Job Purpose: Resourceful, dynamic, self-starter to drive the marketing function from end-to-end, acquisition to retention, online to offline.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand and Marketing Strategy

  • Build a brand focused marketing strategy, integrating both online and offline channels, traditional and digital/mobile marketing techniques.
  • Optimize on the company’s (Group’s) systems, platforms and resources to drive the overall Group marketing strategy.
  • Brand Consistency – To ensure brand compliance and consistency across touch-points, channels and venues

Manage and Execute Plans

Social Media

  • Lead and run an outstanding social media strategy

Partnerships and 3rd Party IPs

  • Lead in the exploration and incorporation of partnerships or 3rd party IP into marketing plan
  • Optimize such collaborations to drive business objectives

Content Management

  • Ensure all guest-facing content is quality controlled

Lead the Team

  • Build and lead a strong marketing team to support business objectives and execute marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with Group marketing team members to better support the country’s marketing initiatives.
  • Support of the Operations team with activation and collaterals as needed

Senior Business Analyst (Digital Bank)

You will be responsible for creating unique customer experiences by liaising with Product, Operation, Marketing, User Experience and Technology teams. You will work in a highly agile environment, leading multiple projects in parallel.

Responsibilities

  • Approach all projects with customers centric mindset
  • Organize workshops and interviews with users, subject matter experts and understand business requirements
  • Define scope based on goals and objectives. Work on the initial high-level requirements across functions
  • Collaborate with business, UX and tech sponsors to define project scope and vision and identify constraints, dependencies, assumptions, risks and issues

Qualification and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or finance
  • Minimum 8 years in retail banking or fintech. Good techno-functional skills.
  • Experience in end-to-end project delivery from writing user requirements, UAT and change management initiatives
  • Deep knowledge and experience with core banking platforms (Card, Lending, Onboarding, AML, Fraud Management…)
  • Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurship spirit, a can-do attitude
  • Strong working knowledge of project methodology and delivering high quality project artefacts and Agile, iterative development process, such as Scrum
  • Knowledge of tools like Lucid Chart, Jira, Figma etc
  • Experience in writing use cases, workflows, business processes, business requirements document, functional specifications document and user requirements to functional design
