Quantity Surveyor (Pipeline)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for project.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and support the tendering process.
  • Monitor project costs and track the volume of building materials used.
  • Work with the project manager to manage changes and variations.
  • Summarize and report project costs to PM.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and contractual obligations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a related field
  • Have 2+ year experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Pipeline and Plant construction industry.
  • Proficiency in cost estimating and pricing methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practices.
  • Fluently in English

Sales Manager (Chemical Industry)

  • Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý.
  • Ưu tiên giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt.

Responsibilities:

  • Advises teams on financial matters;

  • Designing piping systems for water distribution and sewerage (drainage piping)

Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Key Account Management (30%):

  • Pro-actively support the Sales Director to meet or exceed sales objectives of the assigned territory, by promoting and selling company equipment through professional sales techniques and long-term customer relationships
  • Maintain a strong relationship with key account to identify any new opportunities in their development pipeline
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
