Key Account
- Researching, approaching and promoting HR Service to prospective clients, analyzing their business, their current and future recruitment needs
- Consultant client to have the best solution for each job requirement for searching the right candidates.
- Developing and maintaining business relationship with prospective clients
- Prepare quotations, deal contact and handle necessary paperwork to sign contract.
Recruitment Consultant
- Search, Screen and short-listing applicants
- Interviewing candidates and assess their skills and experience, their career goals and their suitability for different roles.
- Consult to candidates on salary, training and career progression based on their expectations.
- Arrange meeting, manage the interview process
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in the Recruitment/ CS/ Business development or B2B Client Management
- Customer Service minded
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good in English
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power point, Email, Zoom, Google Meet
- Content and SEO skills is plus
