Required Qualifications:
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, encompassing business processes, use cases, and user experience/UI integration needs.
- Effectively communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to ensure understanding of issues and proposed solutions.
- Manage and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle, overseeing progress, quality, risk, and problem-solving activities.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and technical writing skills, capable of conveying information to teams across Vietnam, Japan, and Thailand (designers, developers, UX designers).
- Collaborate with clients to understand and address their requirements.
- Restructure information and create wireframes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Estimate project cost and timeline, and create proposals for new projects.
- Design operational processes and establish operational systems.
- Plan and conduct user research, including questionnaire design, participant selection, survey creation, interviews, and analysis of results.
- Define project requirements and minimum viable products (MVPs).
- Prepare executive reports on project status and outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in English & Japanese (N2 level or higher).
- Experience working with Japanese customers.
- Strong negotiation skills with customers.
- Proficient in planning and delivery skills, including progress tracking, quality management, and risk assessment.
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B business experience.
- Interest in UI/UX design.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Proactive communication skills, with a willingness to share information.
- Logical thinking, high sense of responsibility, multitasking abilities, and proactive mindset.
- Basic IT skills, including wireframe creation, client proposal development, and effective
- communication.
- Experience in project management.
- Proficient in research skills, including questionnaire design and conducting interviews.
- Previous residency and work experience in Japan.
