HSE Manager

Job Description:

  • Manage and supervise employees of the Safety Department performing tasks to ensure safety for production and business activities of the Company
  • Establish a system of Safety, Health, Security and Environment to ensure that the operations of the Company are in accordance with the Laws
  • Organize periodic safety training (internal / external) for all employees in accordance with the Law
  • Check all machines and equipment to make sure all are safe before using
  • Monitor and control sources of water, air and noise pollution
  • Monitor and implement periodic environmental impact assessment procedures
  • Investigate accident, incident, all unsafe working condition, cause of incidents and give solutions
  • Get information about safety, security, environment from state agencies, report to MT and coordinate with relevant Depts. To greet/ perform relevant procedure following MT
  • Give advice to MT on the prevention of actions, activities that threats to employees
  • Regularly report to MT on actual safety, security, environment situation of Company
  • Perform other tasks required by Management Team.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduated from University with major in Chemistry
  • At least 5 years of experience the same position in chemical plants
  • Fluent in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
  • Use Microsoft Office
  • Teamwork, logical thinking, hard working, management skills

R&D Director (Engineering Plastics)

Our client is a 100% Foreign-invested Manufacturing Company in Vietnam, is currently seeking a highly qualified R&D Director to lead their research and development product department: main Product is Engineering Plastic Compounds.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and provide timely solutions for R&D projects on new and improved products
  • Update the output standards of quality, product norms, and production processes for the company’s products and services
  • Follow-up on the sample product development process
  • Work collaboratively with other departments and the parent company to achieve research goals
  • Utilize R&D software and tools for product design and development
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing R&D team
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in plastics manufacturing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Chemical or Polymer
  • At least 10 years of experience in the same position with compound products in the plastic industry
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify and provide solutions to technical issues
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes.

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and close sales opportunities in accordance with the Company’s overall strategic plans and financial objectives in the region
  • Develop and maintain relationships with solar distribution channels and strategic accounts
  • Actively pursue direct sales leads with installers, distributors and utility companies
  • Provide revenue forecasts and review sales results to ensure targets are being met; take corrective action where required
  • Nurture the relationship with leading PV project developers at all levels to ensure that Company remains the supplier of choice for their installations
  • Maintain accurate and up to date customer records in the company CRM system
  • Assist the product management teams to define and improve the product portfolio for use in the Vietnam market by regularly gathering feedback from customers, business partners and closely monitoring industry trends
  • Provide input regarding marketing and product positioning strategies specific to the territory
  • Successfully execute our brand and messaging strategy and act as an external evangelist of the brand
  • Liaise with the local and international teams to ensure that sales targets are being defined and met

Requirements:

  • BS in a related technical disciplines such as Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering – a plus!
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in technical sales
  • Previous experience in the PV industry
  • Solid and verifiable track record of overachievement and successfully growing market share and identifying, negotiating/converting and closing large dollar deals
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand the technical workings of the product line and convey the advanced technical product benefits to potential customers in easy-to-grasp terms.
  • Ability to identify and convert new accounts while maintaining existing relationships
  • Demonstrated success in operating effectively in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, complex, rapid growth environment
  • Fluent in English
